You may request deletion of your StickHub account and associated app data.

How to Request Deletion

Email stickhubapp@gmail.com from the email address linked to your StickHub account.

Please include: “Delete my StickHub account” in the subject line.

What May Be Deleted

Account profile information
Humidor entries
Journal notes and ratings
Uploaded cigar images
Community posts tied to your account, where technically feasible

What May Be Retained

Some information may be retained for legal, security, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, backup, or operational reasons. Data stored in backups may take additional time to be removed through normal backup rotation.

Timing

We will review deletion requests and process them within a reasonable timeframe.
