By using StickHub, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Use of StickHub

StickHub is provided for personal cigar tracking, journaling, ratings, AI-assisted identification, and community features. You are responsible for your account activity and the content you submit.

Age and Legal Compliance

StickHub is intended only for users who are legally permitted to use cigar-related services in their location. You are responsible for following all applicable laws.

User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant StickHub permission to store, process, display, and use it as needed to operate the app. Do not post illegal, harmful, abusive, misleading, or infringing content.

AI Results

AI cigar identification and recommendations may be inaccurate. StickHub does not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated results, ratings, descriptions, pairings, or recommendations.

Community Rules

Users must treat others respectfully. StickHub may remove content, restrict access, suspend accounts, or revoke access for abuse, spam, security concerns, or violations of these Terms.

No Warranty

StickHub is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that all data will always be available.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StickHub is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of StickHub after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
