StickHub respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how StickHub collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use the StickHub mobile application and related services.

Information We Collect

We may collect information you provide directly, including your account information, display name, email address, profile details, cigar entries, humidor data, journal notes, ratings, community posts, lounge check-ins, feedback, and support messages.

If you use the AI cigar scanner or upload images, we may collect cigar photos and related image metadata needed to process the scan, identify cigars, improve app functionality, and save your cigar records.

Authentication and Account Data

StickHub uses Firebase services for account authentication, database storage, cloud functions, and security rules. Your account data may be stored in Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore.

How We Use Information

We use information to provide and improve StickHub, authenticate users, save cigar records, power the AI scanner, operate community features, prevent abuse, respond to support requests, troubleshoot bugs, and maintain app security.

AI Image Analysis

When you use AI scanning features, images may be processed by third-party AI services to help identify cigars or generate related information. Do not upload images containing sensitive personal information.

Community Content

Information you choose to post to community areas may be visible to other users. Please avoid posting private or sensitive information in public areas of the app.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers that help operate StickHub, such as Firebase, cloud hosting, analytics, crash reporting, AI processing, or email/support tools. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect users, StickHub, or the public.

Analytics and Crash Reporting

StickHub may use analytics and crash reporting tools to understand app usage, diagnose errors, improve performance, and fix bugs. These services may collect device information, app version, crash logs, and general usage events.

Data Retention

We retain information as long as needed to provide StickHub, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain security. Users may request account deletion as described below.

Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your StickHub account and associated data by visiting the Delete Account page or contacting support. Some information may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud prevention, or backup purposes.

Children's Privacy

StickHub is intended for users who are legally permitted to use cigar-related services in their location. StickHub is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect user information. However, no online service can guarantee complete security.

You may update certain account information in the app, limit what you post publicly, stop using AI scan features, or request account deletion.
